Abstract: The article presents research which examined the migration strategies of Northern Saw-whet owls in Indiana. Topics covered include the differences in the body conditions and wing loading of the owls during hatch-year as well as after-hatch-year. Also mentioned is the regional variation in the species' mass to wing chord correlation.
