Abstract
- The article presents principles of an effective journal review by taking the six C's of Great Britain National Health Service (NHS). It states that the willingness to do a review within the needed timeframe is a significant prerequisite. It mentions that it is better to reject than attempt to rewrite the paper for the authors or it is still would not add to the field if the author could revise the paper if the quality of the paper entails to think it could never be salvaged.
