Abstract
- The article compares the efficiency of laser peripheral iridotomy (LPI) with lens extraction in patients with chronic angle closure. Topics covered include the benefits of patients with cataract from lens extraction as well as advances in cataract surgery. Also mentioned is the importance of LPI to improve a patient's vision.
