Abstract
- The article discusses the case of a 25-year-old pregnant woman diagnosed with influenza A (H1N1) pneumonitis with refractory acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Topics discussed include the patient experiencing severe respiratory failure following tracheal intubation, Cesarean section and delivery of a baby boy and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support provided to the patient.
