An infant with hypercalcemia: Answers.

The article presents case of a 6-month-old male infant born by normal vaginal delivery (birth weight 3.150 kg, length 49 cm) who was affected by hypospadias. The topics discussed include incidence of vomiting, constipation and polyurua in patients, use of hyperhydration to reduce hypercalcemia, and serum chemistry of the patient. Also discussed is use of furosemide and methylprednisolone to reduce hyperclacemia.
