Abstract
- The title phosphor is synthesized by solid state reaction of a stoichiometric mixture of CaCO3, Ga2O3, GeO2, Cr2O3, Tm2O3, and Yb2O3 (900 °C for 2 h in air followed by calcination at 1180 °C for 6 h in air). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
