The article presents a case study of a 59-year-old female having one-year history of diarrhoea and moderate weight loss. Her computerized tomography and positron-emission tomography scans showed enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes and no evidence of disease outside gastrointestinal tract. Her cytogenetic studies of CD4+ intestinal T-cell lymphomas (ITCL) showed trisomy five of Interleukin two genes and that mucosal infiltrate of CD4+ T-cell impaired bile acid reabsorption cause chronic diarrhoea.
