Abstract: The article discusses research which was conducted to determine the validity of the simplified risk stratification/ prognostic score of the Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphoma Working Group in patients with splenic marginal zone lymphoma. Researchers evaluated 177 patients with a median age of 65. They found that the working group's prognositic system was valid.
