Abstract
- Nonequilibrium atmospheric plasma jets are associated with sequence of streamer breakdowns developing in helium-air mixture. In this paper, propagation of the streamer in plane capacitor is photographed, and deflection toward the positive capacitor plate is analyzed. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
