H− Negative Ion Production From a 2D Network of ECR Dipolar Plasma Sources.

Hereby, five dipolar electron cyclotron resonance elementary sources are assembled to form a 2D network for H− negative ion production. The resultant magnetic field of the network is considered by means of numerical and experimental data, and an artistic photo of the produced plasma is presented.
