Abstract

The article presents an observational prospective study which determines the frequency of improper serum separation on gel tubes and its relationship with monoclonal gammopathy. Findings reveal that out of 42,080 patients who underwent the two-year study, 23 of them demonstrated improper serum separation. It concludes that the occurrence of incomplete serum separation on the gel tubes is an uncommon phenomenon.
