Abstract
- The article discusses research which was conducted to compare the effects a six-week dry-land and in-water specific strength training combined with a water polo (WP) program had on seven sport-specific performance parameters in professional male water polo players. Researchers evaluated the program with 19 players. They found that both dry land and in water programs impacted most performance parameters which were tested.
