Abstract
- The article reports on the increasing complaints to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) about issues on National Broadband Network (NBN) services. Topics covered include excess NBN charges on data usage, delayed connections and missed appointments while telecommunications companies (telcos) Vodafone and Optus have improved services. Also mentioned are efforts of Telstra telco to be the first in providing real time mobile data usage to customers.
