Abstract
- The article reports on research which was conducted to investigate the effect precooling had on rowing performance in female subjects in hot, humid conditions. Researchers evaluated eight female rowers who performed 2,000 meter rowing tests and underwent precooling or did not. They found that precooling did not enhance rowing performance.
