Abstract

The article discusses the study on the prognostic factors in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). It states that the tranverse myelitis reveal SLE or occur than ten years after SLE diagnosis. It notes that the initial severisty of the neurological flare with paraplegia is the main prognostic marker. It mentions that the study shows arguments for cyclophosphamide use.
