Release Aging People in Prison (RAPP): Challenging the Punishment Paradigm.

The article discusses the issue of elderly inmates remaining incarcerated despite posing a decreased threat to society, how prison conditions affect the elderly, the rate at which New York grants parole and compassionate medical release to elderly prisoners, and the rate of recidivism among elderly prisoners.
