Abstract
- The United States faces increasing cultural diversity in its aging populations. This diversity provides opportunities for home care agencies to expand services as well as to improve patient care. By looking at the demographics, the benefits of comprehensive diversity programs become obvious--for both the agencies themselves and for the clients they serve.
