Abstract
- The effect of the ingredients of a semisynthetic culture medium on the synthesis of Y. pestis antigens (F1, LPS, "mouse" toxin) under the conditions of batch cultivation at 28 degrees C was studied. The study revealed that the amount of antigens produced by bacterial cells depended on the character of the limitation of growth.
