Abstract
- "The objective of the paper is to depict the major changes brought about by demographic growth upon the internal structure of Constantine, the third largest Algerian city, and thus define the main types of settlement evolved, which in turn serves as background for the analysis of the spatial distribution of recent migrants within the different areas of Constantine. With regard to this distribution, the aim is to test whether there exist any spatial concentrations of migrants in particular areas according to their place of origin."<br /> (excerpt)
