Abstract: Anhydrous copper(II) acetate was applied to spectrophotometric determination of amitriptilline, doxepin and lignocaine in acetone solutions. The developed method was employed for determining these substances in pharmaceutical preparations. The obtained results has indicated both high precision and accuracy of the method.
