Abstract: We report on the case of an adult cerebral palsy patient who developed severe chorea coincident with a febrile illness from a nonstreptococcal infection. The chorea improved markedly with the use of levetiracetam (LEV, Keppra).<br /> ((c) 2005 Movement Disorder Society.)
