Abstract
- Objective: To describe the case of a person with schizophrenia and agenesis of the corpus callosum.<br />Conclusion: A 24-year-old Caucasian woman with schizophrenia was incidentally found to have complete agenesis of the corpus callosum. A comprehensive neuropsychiatric assessment allowed management to be specifically tailored to the patient's unique clinical profile.
