Abstract: Using an anonymous and sealed questionnaire sent to all French IVF centers, the current management of hydrosalpinx before or during IVF was evaluated. Laparoscopic salpingectomy was recommended and undertaken in less than half of the centers, even though several other treatments were reported and despite medical evidence for this surgical option.
