Abstract: Lung cancer is a frequent pathology among women, as a result of tobacco increase. Lung cancer among pregnant women is especially rare when revealed by Pancoast-Tobias syndrome. Foetal injury is possible. The approach is multidisciplinary. Prognosis is bad.
