Microspherophakia associated with Axenfeld-Rieger syndrome.

Abstract: We report a 13-year-old girl with Axenfeld-Rieger syndrome who was also found to have microspherophakia. She developed glaucoma in both eyes and was treated with bilateral pars plana lensectomy.
