Abstract
- In a prospective randomized trial comparing efficacy of double over single intrauterine insemination (IUI), 160 couples with unexplained infertility underwent controlled ovarian hyperstimulation and IUI. The pregnancy rates were similar and statistically not different between groups, suggesting that double IUI added no advantage over single IUI.<br /> (Copyright © 2010 American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
