Abstract
- A small caliber or significant tortuosity of radial artery may create difficulty in negotiating a 6F or 7F guide catheter while performing intervention through transradial approach. We describe a technique that helps tracking a guide catheter in such demanding situation for successful completion of procedure without increasing the chance of perforation and dissection.<br /> (Copyright © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.)
