Abstract
- Submucous resection with powered instrumentation (SRPI) is an effective surgical method to achieve inferior turbinate (IT) reduction with minimal morbidity. We describe a series of two cases of capillary hemangioma (pyogenic granuloma) that developed in the posterior third of the IT as a late complication after SRPI.<br /> (© 2015 The American Laryngological, Rhinological and Otological Society, Inc.)
