Abstract
- Smac-mimetics are compounds that target cellular Inhibitor of APoptosis (cIAP) proteins and induce tumor cell death. In this issue of Cancer Cell, Yang and colleagues (2016) identify cIAPs at the CARD11-MALT1-BCL10 complex in the ABC subtype of diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL), making this malignancy a prime target for these drugs.<br /> (Copyright © 2016 Elsevier Inc.
