Abstract
- Musician's Dystonia (MD) represents an intriguing disorder with rich phenomenology and unclear pathophysiology. We observed a MD affecting left upper limb in a professional drummer. DaT-Scan revealed slight reduced uptake in the right putamen; no extrapyramidal or other neurological signs emerged in 2.5 years of follow up. The case offers insight on dopaminergic involvement in MD.<br /> (Copyright © 2018 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.)
