Abstract: A large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the ovary is presented because of tubal metastases with peculiar growth patterns: pagetoid and serous tubal intraepithelial carcinoma-like. The possibility that a tubal intraepithelial carcinoma could represent a metastasis should be considered by pathologists.
