Abstract
- Three new tryptamine derivatives diaporols T-V ( 1 - 3 ) were isolated by adding tryptamine into the culture of Diaporthe sp., a fungus obtained from the leaves of Rhizophora stylosa . The structures of these compounds were elucidated by NMR spectroscopy and high resolution mass spectroscopic data. Among them, compound 1 showed moderate cytotoxic activity against SW480 cancer cell with IC <subscript>50</subscript> 9.84 μM.
