Abstract: The 2020 recommendations for good brachytherapy procedures ("Recorad") are updated based on the 2016 article. This new brachytherapy article took into account recent data published in the literature as well as international recommendations. The different brachytherapy steps are successively described from the treatment preparation (brachytherapy technique prescription; procedure and material, dedicated images for planification, dose distribution analysis and validation) to the end of the procedure as well as post-treatment surveillance.<br /> (Copyright © 2021 Société française de radiothérapie oncologique (SFRO).
