68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT in Solitary Choroid Plexus Metastasis From Renal Cell Carcinoma.

Abstract: Abstract: Intraventricular metastasis from extracranial tumor is rare. We describe MRI and 68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT findings in a case of histologically proved solitary choroid plexus metastasis from clear cell renal cell carcinoma. The tumor showed remarkable enhancement on MRI and increased FAPI uptake with high tumor-to-background activity ratio on PET/CT. This case indicates FAPI PET may be useful for detection of intraventricular metastasis from renal cell carcinoma.<br />Competing Interests: Conflicts of interest and sources of funding: none declared.
