Abstract

A case study of a 71-year-old man with a giant cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma of the scalp and calvaria is presented, where a combination of surgical excision, reconstruction with a latissimus dorsi muscular free flap, immunotherapy, and radiotherapy were used to control the disease for two years without recurrence.<br />Competing Interests: No potential conflict of interest was reported by the author(s).<br /> (© 2023 The Author(s).
