Abstract

Preoperative and 6- and 12-month postoperative Quick version of the Disablities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand (QuickDASH) scores for 336 patients undergoing carpal tunnel decompression were 43.2, 18.2 and 15.9, respectively. There was no significant improvement in QuickDASH between 6 and 12 months. Postoperative scores should not be collected at both end points.<br />Competing Interests: Declaration of conflicting interestsThe authors declare no potential conflicts of interest with respect to the research, authorship, and/or publication of this article.
