Abstract

The term quality of life at work (QWL) first appeared in the 2000s, and in particular since December 2020, when working conditions were taken into account. QWL then became Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QWLWC). It therefore became an essential subject to promote, in which the occupational health nurse plays a crucial role. By working closely with employees, occupational health nurses play an active role in preventing occupational risks and promoting health and well-being.<br /> (Copyright © 2024 Elsevier Masson SAS.
