Abstract
- The cell content of mammary stroma infiltrate (lymphocytes, plasmocytes, eosinophilic leukocytes, macrophages, mast cells) was determined in the process of physiological involution, in dyshormonal hyperplasia and mammary gland tumours of old rats. Studies on the physiological involution revealed the existence of correlations between some pairs of the test types of free cells. Under dyshormonal transformation and tumour growth the former correlations disappeared and the new ones were formed, not occurring during the physiological involution of the mammary gland epithelium.
