Abstract: The elevation of LINE-elements' DNA level was revealed in blood plasma of rats exposed to electromagnetic waves. The amount of full-size 5'-containing LINE-elements copies was increased especially. Connection of this effect with retrotransposon activation and genetic instability condition of organism development is supposed.
