Abstract: A case of bilateral tubal carcinoma occurring 22 years after tubal sterilization is presented. We believe that this is the first case report of bilateral tubal carcinoma that has arisen in ligated fallopian tubes. The possibility that tubal occlusion is one of the causative factors of tubal carcinoma is discussed.
