Abstract
- Arthroscopy of the ankle has a definite role in the diagnosis and treatment of intra-articular pathologic conditions. Topics discussed in this article include advantages and disadvantages of arthroscopy, patient evaluation, indications for diagnostic arthroscopy, and techniques and considerations of office-based arthroscopy. Four case studies supplement the text.
