Abstract: Herein we describe a case of spontaneous rupture of the fornix with urinary extravasation, an uncommon urological condition arising from a sudden increase of intraluminal pressure due to a calculus in the terminal ureter. The etiopathogenesis, follow-up and therapeutic approach are discussed.
