Abstract: We report two cases where high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) assisted in the diagnosis of a patient with lymphangioleiomyomatosis and a patient with pulmonary tuberous sclerosis. HRCT was used in both cases where the chest radiographs and conventional computed tomographic scans appeared relatively normal but the conditions were strongly suspected.
