Abstract: The stability of the antigenic structure of tick-borne encephalitis (TBE) virus strain 205 in the process of passage through the brain of BALB/c mice has been studied. Its relationships with other viruses of the TBE complex have been analyzed with the use of monoclonal antibodies to virus proteins E and NS3. The stability of the protein structure of the virus has been determined by the immunofluorescence test and the enzyme immunoassay.
