Abstract: Presentation of two cases of Leydig cell tumor in adult patients who presented with gynecomastia, and slightly abnormal hormonal profiles. One patient had a non palpable tumor. The pathophysiology of this entity is commented, as well as the importance of the different modalities in its diagnosis.
