Abstract
- The article examines the simultaneous phase and size control observed during the synthesis of monodisperse Cu<subscript>2</subscript>SnS<subscript>3</subscript> and Cu<subscript>2</subscript>ZnSnS<subscript>4</subscript> nanocrystals. Topics discussed include the use of a heating up method for developing the facile and rapid one-pot synthesis of the nanocrystals and the simultaneous control of their crystalline phase and size through the judicious selection of the sulfur precursor reactivity and the oleic acid content.
