Abstract

Anti-perovskite solid electrolyte films were prepared by pulsed laser deposition, and their room-temperature ionic conductivity can be improved by more than an order of magnitude in comparison with its bulk counterpart. The cyclability of Li<subscript>3</subscript>OCl films in contact with lithium was evaluated using a Li/Li<subscript>3</subscript>OCl/Li symmetric cell, showing self-stabilization during cycling test.
