Abstract

Two Fe-substituted Dawson-type nanoscale selenotungstate clusters, {Fe<subscript>6</subscript>Se<subscript>6</subscript>W<subscript>34</subscript>} and {Fe<subscript>10</subscript>Se<subscript>8</subscript>W<subscript>62</subscript>} involving {α-Se<subscript>2</subscript>W<subscript>14</subscript>} and {γ-Se<subscript>2</subscript>W<subscript>14</subscript>} building blocks, have been isolated, which exhibit photocatalytic H<subscript>2</subscript> evolution activity.
