Abstract

The article focuses on the importance of rural sociology in Europe and North America. The author asserted that the discussion of rural psychology in terms of its discipline, conceptual problems and future undertakings must start by touching on fundamental issues of every scholarly discipline. It is required to establish intellectual specificity regarding historical background, social development and scholarly conceptual ideas. Academic references, studies and strategies can be used in the specificity of discipline.
