Two goals to reinforce our journal: Efficiency and modernization.

The article offers the author's perspective on the significance of efficiency and modernization as the goals for the journal's improvement. The author commends the journal's decision with regards to the reviewing process of the editorial board. The author adds that the journal's savings of an on-line version will allow them to increase the number of issues annually and decrease the long time that takes between the acceptance date and publication.
